Zochil is the founder of A Para Pro and a former paraprofessional with experience supporting students with significant needs and working in high school settings.

She is entering her third school year providing paid professional development for public school districts.

Her training has been delivered virtually, in person, through prerecorded sessions, during full-day professional development, and as part of school-year training packages.
